Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Newburyport, MA and surrounding areas. The role involves direct care, collaboration with pharmacists, prescribers, and home care staff, and ensuring safe administration of home infusion therapy.

Qualifications include an active MA RN license, 3+ years infusion experience (home infusion preferred), and the ability to travel within a 45-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (MA).
• 3+ years nursing experience with infusion therapy, home infusion preferred.
• BSN preferred; certification in specialty areas optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients, initiate and maintain communications with care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe administration of home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment for safety and appropriateness of prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with team, monitor response to therapy.
• Manage schedule and coordinate care via approved platforms, including on-call rotation.
• Document encounters and ensure regulatory compliance.
