Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse in Hyannis, MA to support specialty infusion patients. You will provide primary patient care, including assessments, care planning, and education in home or alternate care settings, administering IVIG and other infusibles per care plans.

Required: RN licensure, BSN preferred, 3+ years infusion experience; advanced certifications preferred; ability to travel; schedule of 8 hours per month, Mon-Wed 8am-5pm; no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure by the applicable state Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI/ONS/IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background.
• Current nursing license for applicable home state.
• Administrative Oversight: monitor workflows, ensure policy compliance, manage resources.
• Emergency Availability: respond promptly to emergencies, including nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
• ICU and/or Cardiac Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care administering IVIG, biologics, and other infusible therapies.
• Provide thorough patient education and complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Establish and access/maintain peripheral IVs and central lines (PICC, ports, midlines).
• Submit clinical records accurately and timely; prepare/ administer medications.
• Travel to other location(s) as needed to support infusion services.
• Communicate clearly with patients and clinic staff to optimize care and operations.
• Contribute to performance improvement and QA activities within the infusion program.
