Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support Ambulatory Infusion Center patients in Hyannis, MA. You’ll provide direct infusion care, IVIG administration, education, and care coordination in a home or alternate care site. Travel to other locations may be required.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, BSN preferred, and 3+ years infusion experience; ICU or Cardiac care background is a plus. Strong communication and infection-control practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Advanced specialty certifications preferred but not required.
• Administrative oversight of workflows and resources.
• Emergency availability including non-standard hours.
• Minimum 3 years infusion nursing experience.
• ICU/Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer IVIG/infusible meds.
• Educate patients and families on therapies.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Establish peripheral IVs and manage central lines.
• Submit clinical records promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and administer medications.
• Triage infusion-related inquiries from patients.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
• Collaborate to optimize clinic operations and care delivery.
• Adhere to safety and infection control standards.
