Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Casper, WY and surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, and educate patients and caregivers on home infusion therapies in accordance with clinical standards.

The role requires an RN license in Wyoming, BSN preferred, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation while driving to patient homes within reasonable distances. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• RN degree, bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team members.
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environment and plan care with team; ensure treatment plans and POTs are completed.
