Soleo Health Inc is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Ridgeland, MS and surrounding areas. You will provide direct patient care, education, and care coordination in the home or alternate sites of care.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with the care team. RN license required; BSN preferred; infusion and emergency availability essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred; RN degree required.
• Infusion therapy experience; ICU/Cardiac care preferred.
• Strong administrative and scheduling oversight.
• Emergency availability, including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with no significant restrictions.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care for assigned infusion patients and manage communications with care team.
• Educate patients/caregivers to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and implement safety interventions.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the team.
• Manage schedule via company platform and coordinate care.
• Document all patient encounters per policy and state guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies and clinical standards.
• Ensure timely POT submissions and required clinical documents.
• Collaborate with departments to complete patient documents.
