Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Orlando, FL area. You will provide direct patient care, assessments, and education for home infusion therapy and related nursing services, collaborating with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, maintaining documentation, and participating in an on-call rotation. Infusion experience and a valid RN license are required, with BSN preferred and ICU/Cardiac care

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients in home or alternate site settings.
• Educate patients and care partners on safe home infusion administration and care.
• Assess home environment and identify safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and evaluate the plan of care.
• Manage schedule and coordinate care via approved company platforms.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to support customers.
