Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Lansing, MI area. The role involves direct infusion care in patients homes with on-call rotation and mileage reimbursement. Must live within 25 minutes of Lansing, MI and hold an active Michigan RN license.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and education, with an emphasis on safety and compliance. Flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state's Board of Nursing, in good standing - Michigan
• RN degree; BSN preferred
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required
• On-call rotation involvement, including nights/weekends
• Administrative oversight: monitoring workflows and policy compliance
• Emergency availability for non-standard hours as required
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion therapy preferred
• ICU and/or Cardiac Care experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite
• Valid state driver's license with no significant restrictions

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy
• Assess home environment for safety and appropriateness of care
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team
• Manage schedule via approved platform and communicate changes
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure continuous support
• Document all patient encounters and care activities per policy
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and other documents
