Pentec Health is seeking a Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse for a pool position based in the Lansing, MI area. You will manage patient care at home, travel within the designated area, and operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, with a focus on patient education and clinical leadership.

The role requires RN licensure, 3 years nursing experience, and willingness to travel; ICU/ER/home care exposure is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and devices is expected; BSN preferred.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure with ability to become licensed in another state.
• 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for all elements of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation for each patient.
• Collaborates with prescribing provider, patient and caregivers; ensures orders are received and actionable.
• Adheres to ANA and State Board standards; completes training; maintains patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Educates patients and caregivers on healthy lifestyles and integrative care techniques to improve quality of life.
