Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Mayfield, MI and surrounding areas. The role involves direct patient care in home or alternate sites, with on-call responsibilities and a mileage‑reimbursement program.

Qualified candidates will have an active Michigan RN license, preferably BSN, and 3 years of infusion nursing experience. You will collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners while maintaining compliance with policy and safety

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state Board of Nursing, in good standing (Michigan).
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• On-call rotation, nights and weekends included.
• Administrative oversight and policy compliance responsibilities.
• Emergency availability during nonstandard hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team members.
• Educate patients and care partners on safely administering home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment and implement safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Manage schedule via company platform and communicate changes promptly.
• Coordinate patient care and participate in nurse on-call rotation.
• Document encounters and care activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
