Qualifications

• Vocational or Technical training in Pharmacy degree program from an accredited college.
• Registration as Pharmacy Student Intern required.
• 0-1 years related work experience preferred.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited pharmacy degree program and have completed year 2.
• Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medications and IV solutions.
• Distributes automated dispensing cabinetry and monitors lists.
• Delivers medications with appropriate labels.
• Repackages tablets, capsules and liquids; manages expiration dates.
• Assists in aseptic compounding and stocking the unit dose area.
