The role involves following personalized care plans, assisting with personal care, and supporting families during challenging times. Ideal candidates will have a valid HHA or CNA license and at least six months of relevant experience.

Holisticare offers competitive pay of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour along with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a generous time-off package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in hospice or skilled nursing facility preferred.
