Job summary

Holisticare Hospice in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our compassionate team. You will work closely with our nursing staff to provide hands-on care that supports comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life.

The role requires a valid HHA or CNA license, at least 6 months hospice or skilled nursing facility experience, and a current driver's license. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, serving Monmouth and Middlesex counties.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA license required.
• Minimum 6 months hospice or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care following the care plan to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding and clothing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support for patients and families.
• Support families with knowledge and guidance for terminally ill loved ones.
• Maintain accurate documentation in home and agency records.
