Arlington Assured Home Health, part of the LHC Group and within the Optum family, seeks a per diem Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with laws and agency policies. You will coordinate the total plan of care with the care team and families.

You'll supervise home health aides and LN/LP nurses, perform required visits, and ensure continuity of patient care across the plan of care and with the physician.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of Washington.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and coordinate care.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises plan of care with physicians and health professionals.
• Supervises home health aides and licensed nurses; provides instruction and assigns tasks.
• Completes assessments (OASIS) and documents visits per policy and payer requirements.
