Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver's license with access to a dependable vehicle or reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.

• Provide high-quality clinical nursing services within scope of practice and infection control standards.
• Coordinate care with the patient/caregiver team from admission to discharge.
• Complete clinical nursing assessments per program requirements and payer needs.
• Ensure eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer and policy.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care with other providers.
• Ensure plan of care frequency and duration meets patient needs with physician approval.
