Job summary

One Medical is hiring per diem, hourly clinicians in San Francisco, CA. You will see patients with acute and chronic needs, perform in-office procedures, and participate in telehealth visits while collaborating with both in-office and virtual teams.

The role requires NP or PA certification and CA licensure, with strong emphasis on human-centered care and adaptability in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with a 1-year fellowship/1+ year urgent care.
• State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• Treat patients in-office and via occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate daily with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
