One Medical is seeking a per diem, hourly clinician to provide in-person and telehealth primary care across San Francisco offices. You will see a broad mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified NP or PA with CA licensure required.
• Minimum outpatient primary care experience with advanced practitioner role.
• Ability to use EHR and telehealth tools competently.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits in-person and via telehealth.
• Collaborate closely with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care where required.
• Maintain high standards of patient-centered care.
