Job summary

One Medical is redefining primary care with in-person and virtual services in West Portal, San Francisco. We are seeking an experienced NP or PA for an hourly clinician role, delivering acute, chronic, and well visits and collaborating with in-office and virtual teams.

The position is per diem, casual, with an hourly rate of $96.00. CA license and national certification are required, and the role supports flexible scheduling across West Portal and surrounding offices.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.
• State license in CA obtained by start date; malpractice insurance covered by One Medical.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; not a panel-building role.
• Treat patients in-office and perform occasional telehealth visits.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Willing to obtain licensure/credentialing for virtual care in additional states.
