Job summary

One Medical, a leading primary care provider based in San Francisco, seeks an hourly per diem clinician (NP/PA) to support in-office and telehealth care at West Portal and surrounding offices.

In this role you will see a broad range of patient needs, perform acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams to deliver high-quality care. Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for broader virtual care is required.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• CA state licensure obtained by start date.
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience with telehealth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting tele-health visits.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates and with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
