Job summary

One Medical is seeking a per diem, hourly clinician in Pacific Heights, San Francisco, CA to see patients with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits. You may conduct in-office and occasional tele-health visits and collaborate with a hybrid team to deliver high-quality care.

Requires completed NP or PA program with national certification and CA licensure by start date; 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus urgent care fellowship) preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State license in CA by start date.
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care).

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting.
• Treat patients in-office and via occasional tele-health visits.
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams daily.
