Job summary

One Medical is seeking an hourly clinician in San Francisco for West Portal and surrounding offices. You will see patients with diverse needs, perform in-office procedures, and participate in both in-person and tele-health visits.

You are an Advanced Practitioner with CA licensure and recent outpatient primary care experience, ready to collaborate with in-person and virtual teams to deliver human-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• State license in CA obtained by start date.

Responsibilities

• See patients with acute, chronic, and well visits; some tele-health.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams during daily huddles.
• Perform in-office procedures within training and credentialing.
• Willing to obtain licensure for virtual primary care in additional states.
