Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive experience in a field/clinical setting as a Paramedic.
• Experience as an adjunct instructor preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Completion of an approved Instructor course preferred, per local authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction, including skill labs and patient care scenarios.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance across cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.
• Maintain documentation of student performance and course materials.
• Coordinate with Program Manager on course content and scheduling.
• Supervise students in clinical areas as needed.
• Maintain compliance with state/local EMS requirements and standard courses.
