Job summary

The Westchester Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Mount Vernon, New York, is seeking a Dietary Supervisor on a per diem basis to oversee the dietary department and ensure high-quality nutrition services for our patients. Alternate weekends and holidays are required.

You will manage daily operations, collaborate with the healthcare team to develop patient-centered meal plans, supervise and train staff, conduct patient assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role, with a focus on dietary management and patient care preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and train dietary staff.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, with attention to detail and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
