Selah House Indiana is seeking a Dietary Care Specialist for per diem shifts in Anderson, IN. The role supports dietary needs, greets clients and guests, and contributes to a welcoming environment within a licensed inpatient, residential, and PHP eating disorder program.

The position offers weekend shift differentials and a hourly wage of $16.00–$18.50, with opportunities for professional development and benefits. Applicants should have a high school diploma and food service experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of food service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages food orders and pickups for two locations.
• Leads orientation sessions for new DCS employees.
• Assumes leadership duties when the chef is absent due to PTO or illness.
• Leads weekly culinary group sessions for clients.
• Maintains stock levels and dietary compliance for daily menus.
• Follows health and safety guidelines for storage and preparation of food items.
• Monitors temperature controls in refrigerators/freezers daily.
• Assists with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen appliances.
• Performs safe food preparation and dining room duties.
• Promotes mission and participates in staff meals and coordination.
