Selah House Indiana seeks an experienced Staff Nurse for part-time shifts at our Anderson, IN facility. You will deliver direct medical care to adolescents and adult women with eating disorders under the Director of Nursing, on days including weekends.

You’ll conduct intake assessments, administer meds, track labs, and support patients and staff in crisis situations. The role requires an Associate or Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active Indiana license (RN or LPN); psychiatric nursing experience

Qualifications

• Associate or higher in nursing and current Indiana license (RN/LPN).
• 1 year of hospital clinical experience preferred.
• Psychiatric nursing experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments at intake to inform treatment planning.
• Administer medications per physician orders and maintain accurate records.
• Record complaints and observe behaviors for medical reporting.
• Collect labs and report findings to Medical Director.
• Support clients socially and emotionally during stay and assist with crisis interventions.
• Maintain clean, sanitary nurse stations and ensure secure medication storage.
• Document timely communications and contribute to discharge planning.
