Odyssey Behavioral Group seeks an entry-level Recovery Care Specialist in Anderson, IN to support clients in a residential treatment setting. The role involves clinical, nutritional, and administrative tasks to promote optimal client outcomes, with day and overnight shifts available.

The position requires 1+ year of related experience; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. The organization offers a collaborative, education-focused environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in recovery or clinical settings.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with eating disorders is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily milieu activities and chart client progress.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of client records.
• Identify changes in client status and report to team.
• Provide emotional support and one-on-one client time.
• Document progress and alert therapists of concerns.
• Eat meals with clients and model healthy behaviors.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and run errands as needed.
• Support client tours for families and visitors.
