Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves patient meals per diet orders and recipes.
• Maintains food safety practices including hand hygiene, gloves, temperature control, cleaning and sanitizing.
• Assists with stocking traylines, prep areas and nourishment rooms.
