Job summary

Ideal candidates have ARRT-RAD and an Associate's degree in Radiology, plus relevant experience; strong teamwork and patient communication are essential in delivering compassionate care in a community hospital

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Radiology preferred.
• ARRT-RAD certification required or must be achieved within 6 months if a new graduate.
• Experience with computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follows departmental guidelines for procedures and documentation.
• Schedules and documents exams with accurate records.
• Performs quality control on equipment.
• Greets patients and provides exam education and radiologist report.
• Demonstrates competency in radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging.
