Job summary

The Radiology Department at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham seeks a Diagnostic Radiographer to perform a wide range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures for inpatients and outpatients. You will work under the supervision of a Radiologist and collaborate with nurses and technologists in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications include ARRT certification in Radiography, a High School diploma or GED with an Associate's degree in Radiology preferred, and familiarity with

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree in Radiology preferred.
ARRT certification in Radiography required; 6 months to achieve if new graduate.
Licensure or temporary license as applicable; basic life support.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopic imaging per physician orders.
Maintains accurate records and follows infection control policies.
Greets patients, provides exam education, and delivers imaging results to radiologist.
Ensures equipment QC and works with a team of physicians and staff.
