Job summary

The Certified Residential Medication Aide role at Mid Coast Senior Health Center, part of MaineHealth, administers medications to residents under RN supervision and provides personal care as a PSS.

This per diem position requires a 40-hour CRMA certification, a PSS course within 90 days, and a current BLS certification or plan to obtain it within 30 days; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certifications: CRMA certification required (40 hours); PSS course within 90 days; BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days.
• Experience: Prior long term care experience preferred.
• Additional Skills: N/A

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and timely to residents under RN supervision.
• Provide personal care services as a PSS.
• Follow state and federal regulations and nursing standards.
• Support daily resident activities as directed.
