Job summary

Mid Coast Senior Health Center, part of MaineHealth Accountable Care Organization, is hiring a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) for the Brunswick, ME location. The role administers medications under RN supervision and provides personal care as a PSS, with a focus on quality, safety, and resident comfort.

Full-time, evening shift, experience in long-term care preferred. Qualified candidates hold a CRMA certification, High School diploma or GED, and BLS or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• CRMA certification completed.
• Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of start date.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• PSS course within 90 days of start date required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications accurately and timely under RN supervision.
• Provides personal care services in the role of PSS.
• Supports residents in daily activities and mobility.
• Maintains documentation and compliance with state/federal regulations.
