Job summary

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) seeks a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our home care team in Halifax, MA. Provide skilled OT services in patients' homes under supervision, with flexible scheduling and competitive per-visit pay of $37–$45.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Train patients in ADLs and IADLs.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising OT.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses and care team.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation.
