Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich, MA is seeking per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our therapy team. The role includes direct resident treatments under an OT plan of care and data collection under supervision, with weekly pay up to $40 an hour.

Applicants must have an accredited OTA associate degree and MA COTA license. Responsibilities also include team collaboration, documentation, and participation in program development and quality

Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree in occupational therapy assistant from an accredited program.
• COTA license in Massachusetts required.
• Prior per diem experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident treatments under an OT plan of care.
• Assist in data collection and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and program development.
• Train and consult with patients, residents and caregivers.
• Support program quality improvement activities.
