Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a per diem role in Massachusetts. Compensation is $38.00 - $40.00 per hour for SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to apply.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by the state.
• Current license as COTA in the practicing state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
