Qualifications

• Minimum of two years culinary experience; institutional experience preferred.
• Serv Safe Certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Prepare short-order foods, made-to-order foods, and garde manger as needed.
• Monitor quality, temperature, and flavor; correct issues by tasting and adjusting recipes.
• Maintain refrigerators/freezers; ensure sanitation and proper records.
