Job summary

Vinfen seeks a dedicated professional to provide individual and group support in residential/day programs in Massachusetts. The role focuses on teaching skills to foster independence, documenting treatment plans, and ensuring safety and program adherence.

The position involves crisis intervention and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting people with disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to drive and complete

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with people with disabilities is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment plans.
• Provide daily rehabilitative and behavioral interventions and scheduling.
• Assist clients in community integration and report changes to supervisor.
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional status and safety.
• Oversee daily living and cleaning tasks at the program site.
• Complete paperwork and logs such as communication logs and time sheets.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed.
• Other related duties as required.
