Vinfen is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide individual and group support in a residential program in Dedham, MA. You will teach skills to enhance independence, assist with community integration, and ensure a safe environment while supporting self-advocacy and meaningful life choices.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, facilitating access to resources, managing daily living tasks, and documenting progress.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Assist individuals in the home to become integrated into their communities and maintain friendships.
• Assist individuals to access community resources and supports.
• Plan recreational and social activities promoting inclusion and well‑being.
• Support individuals in making choices and being self‑advocates in their supports.
• Provide training and support in daily living activities and safety procedures.
• Monitor progress and document incidents and routine activities.
