Qualifications

• Prior experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Vinfen vehicles.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to communicate with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans.
• Perform rehabilitative and behavioral interventions, scheduling, progress monitoring, transportation, and related tasks.
• Provide role model support to help clients become fully integrated into their communities.
• Assess clients' physical and emotional status and report changes to supervisor.
• Ensure program site safety and maintenance; oversee daily living tasks inside and outside with clients.
• Complete paperwork and logs including time sheets and application forms.
• Perform crisis intervention, as needed.
• Other related duties as required.
