GBMC is seeking a PRN Surgical Technologist II to support operating room teams at the Towson campus. You will prepare the OR, pass instruments, and maintain sterile technique under surgeon supervision while supporting the team with efficient case turnover.

New graduates are welcome; NBSTSA or NCCT certification is required or expected. CPR certification is required, and the role involves variable hours as part of a dedicated surgical services team.

Formación

• Successful completion of a CAAHP accredited operating room technician program.
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification as a Surgical Technologist.
• New graduates accepted; prior experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operating room by opening sterile supplies per procedure and physician preference card.
• Pass instruments and assist surgeons while maintaining sterile technique.
• Maintain sterility, assist with turnover, and ensure correct surgical counts.
• Assist in transporting patients and supporting the surgical team as needed.
