Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team.
• Support medical management and assessment; ensure patient safety and crisis management.
• Assign tasks to subordinates and monitor duties; participate in care planning updates.
• Provide training and education to staff, patients and families; document care accurately.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
