Job summary

Rolling Hills Hospital, a 130-bed behavioral health facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is hiring temporary Registered Nurses for the night shift (7p–7am). Positions are 3–4 months, with weekend requirements. RN provides direct patient care, participates in crisis management, and supports treatment planning and staff education.

Requirements include at least one year of inpatient psychiatric experience, TN RN license, CPR, and ability to work across units. Premium pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year inpatient psychiatric nursing experience.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Ability to care for diverse patient populations.
• Willingness to work all units.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as prescribed by the physician and treatment team.
• Ensure environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population.
• Direct assignments to subordinates and monitor their duties.
• Provide training and education to staff, patients, families; document care updates.
• Maintain accurate data in the master treatment plan via nursing care plan updates.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
