Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly work with flexible scheduling in Indiana. You will deliver data-driven ABA services, develop individualized plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress, whether remote or on-site.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, supportive staffing, and access to Applied ABC's proprietary platform, ATrack, to streamline treatment planning, data collection, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
