Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly engagement with flexible scheduling in the United States. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, data-driven ABA, and meaningful outcomes for children and families, with support from staffing coordinators and case management.

The position offers adaptability in scheduling and remote or in-person case assignments, with access to our clinical platform and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• State licensure where applicable is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.

Education

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Active BCBA certification in good standing

Current 8-hour supervision certificate

State licensure where applicable

Authorized to work in the United States

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Strong communication and organizational skills

Reliable transportation for in-person travel
