Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services with flexible scheduling. You may work in-person or remotely, supported by a Staffing Coordinator and Case Manager to align cases with your availability and expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate is required.
• State licensure where applicable is required.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
