Job summary

Applied ABC, a compassionate ABA provider, seeks a BCBA per diem who values clinical excellence and flexible scheduling. You’ll deliver evidence-based ABA services, supervise staff, and adapt to in-person or remote cases.

The role emphasizes autonomy with support from staffing coordinators and case managers, with opportunities to work around your availability while making meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
