Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA services, in-person or remote, with flexible scheduling and ongoing support from staffing and case management. You will supervise, train families, and collaborate with schools to drive meaningful progress for children and families.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, scheduling flexibility, and access to a specialized clinical platform to streamline treatment planning, data collection, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate
• State licensure where applicable
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint
