Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to provide evidence-based ABA services with flexible hourly scheduling and the option for in-person or remote work. You will deliver individualized treatment and supervision while coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-person work.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
