Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Per Diem BCBA to provide individualized ABA services with clinical autonomy. Build a flexible schedule and select cases aligned with your availability and location, while receiving solid operational support.

You'll work with families and your clinical team to deliver evidence-based treatment, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and ensure compliant, ethical care. This role offers meaningful impact and schedule adaptability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• Active state licensure where applicable.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person services are required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to identify client needs and guide treatment.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, parent training, and guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming accordingly.
• Monitor progress and ensure treatment remains effective and individualized.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Ensure services comply with BACB, payer, HIPAA, and state requirements.
• Deliver ethical, compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
