Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. is seeking ASL-fluent staff for per diem positions to support individuals who are dually diagnosed and use ASL to communicate. This role focuses on promoting independence and providing meaningful community experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, implementing behavioral goals, supervising meals, documenting records, and ensuring safety. Some certifications may be required, and related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ASL fluency to communicate with individuals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training in human services.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in daily activities including hygiene.
• Implement behavioral goals and monitoring procedures; follow exercise programs.
• Assist in completion of assessments.
• Prepare food according to prescribed diets and food consistency.
• Provide active treatment and model positive adult roles in the community.
• Foster community belonging through person-centered activities.
• Provide meaningful community experiences to individuals.
• Maintain appropriate supervision in the community.
• Document case notes, logs, programs, incident and safety reports timely.
