Qualifikationen

• Current State Physical Therapy Licensure is required.
• Acute care experience preferred; new grads with acute care training are welcome.
• BLS certification is required.
• Three or more years of prior PT experience in all aspects of physical therapy is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans and goals; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Document progress and discharge recommendations; communicate with family and staff.
• Maintain documentation to enable communication with physicians and payers; reassess patient status regularly.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and supervise staff, students or volunteers as needed.
• Coordinate patient care and facilitate discharge with effective continuity of care.
