Montage Health seeks a Physical Therapist to provide services to patients of all ages with impairments or functional changes due to injury or illness. The PT collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and directs and supervises therapy services to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, prevention, and wellness, plus teaching to patients and staff. California license and BLS are required, per diem schedule with day shifts.

Qualifications

• Current state of California Physical Therapy license required.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS required.
• Education sufficient to obtain CA PT license.

Responsabilités

• Provide Physical Therapy services to patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with professionals involved in patient care.
• Educate, direct and supervise physical therapy services and staff.
• Contribute to program development and teaching for patients and staff.
